Welcome to Touched By Grace Ministries.

These Terms of Use govern your use of TouchedByGrace.org, including its courses, articles, videos, books, Grace Notes, downloadable materials, ministry resources, forms, donations, and other content or services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Touched By Grace Ministries

Touched By Grace Ministries is a Christian ministry organized for religious, educational, missions, outreach, ministry, and charitable purposes.

Touched By Grace Ministries is recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The ministry exists to teach biblical truth, equip believers and Christian leaders, support ministry and missions work, strengthen the Body of Christ, and advance its religious and charitable mission.

2. Ministry and Educational Purpose

The teachings, articles, courses, videos, books, Grace Notes, and other resources provided through Touched By Grace Ministries are intended for Christian ministry, biblical education, discipleship, encouragement, and informational purposes.

The ministry’s content should not be interpreted as individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice.

3. Biblical and Ministry Content

Touched By Grace Ministries provides resources from a Christian and biblical perspective.

Visitors are encouraged to personally study Scripture, pray, seek God, and exercise biblical wisdom and discernment when considering spiritual teaching and ministry matters.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content made available through Touched By Grace Ministries—including written teachings, articles, videos, course materials, Grace Notes, graphics, logos, photographs, audio recordings, downloads, workbooks, and ministry resources—is owned by or licensed to Touched By Grace Ministries.

Such content may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, redistributed, modified, transmitted, uploaded, commercially exploited, or incorporated into another commercial work without prior authorization except where permitted by law.

5. Personal and Ministry Use

Publicly available content may generally be accessed for personal, noncommercial educational and ministry purposes.

Purchasing or accessing a course, book, workbook, digital download, teaching, or other resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that resource.

6. Courses and Digital Resources

Enrollment in a Touched By Grace Ministries course provides access according to the terms stated at the time of registration.

Unless expressly authorized, course materials may not be:

  • Shared with unauthorized individuals

  • Republished online

  • Resold

  • Commercially distributed

  • Recorded and redistributed

  • Reproduced in substantial part

  • Used to create substantially similar commercial courses or materials

  • Uploaded to file-sharing platforms or other websites

Certificates of completion represent completion of the applicable Touched By Grace Ministries program and should not be interpreted as government licensing, professional certification, academic accreditation, ordination, or another professional credential unless expressly stated.

7. Donations and Charitable Contributions

Touched By Grace Ministries is recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations, gifts, offerings, grants, and other charitable contributions made to Touched By Grace Ministries will be administered in furtherance of the ministry’s religious, educational, missions, outreach, ministry, and charitable purposes.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable federal and state law.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a charitable contribution.

If goods or services are provided in connection with a payment, only the portion of the payment exceeding the fair market value of those goods or services may qualify as a charitable contribution, as applicable.

Unless a contribution is accepted subject to a specific written restriction, Touched By Grace Ministries retains discretion and control over donated funds and may apply those funds where they are most needed in furtherance of the ministry’s charitable and religious purposes.

Donors should retain contribution receipts and acknowledgment letters for their records and consult their own tax advisers regarding individual tax circumstances.

8. Designated Gifts

Touched By Grace Ministries may allow donors to indicate a preference for a particular ministry project, missions effort, outreach activity, program, or purpose.

The ministry intends to honor donor preferences whenever reasonably possible. However, unless a contribution is formally accepted as a legally restricted gift, all donations remain under the discretion and control of Touched By Grace Ministries and may be redirected when necessary to fulfill the ministry’s charitable mission and organizational responsibilities.

9. Donation Receipts

Where appropriate, Touched By Grace Ministries may provide written or electronic acknowledgments of charitable contributions.

Donors are responsible for retaining appropriate documentation for their records.

10. Purchases

Purchases of books, courses, digital products, resources, consultations, or other items are separate from charitable contributions unless expressly identified otherwise.

A payment made in exchange for goods or services is not automatically considered a charitable donation.

11. Third-Party Sellers and Services

Certain books, videos, resources, or other products may be offered through third-party providers such as Amazon, YouTube, Wix, payment processors, or other platforms.

Transactions completed through third-party websites are governed by the terms, privacy policies, refund policies, and procedures of those providers.

12. User Submissions

Visitors may have opportunities to submit:

  • Prayer requests

  • Testimonies

  • Questions

  • Comments

  • Ministry inquiries

  • Speaking requests

  • Contact forms

  • Other information

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Violates applicable law

  • Infringes another person’s rights

  • Contains malicious code

  • Is intentionally fraudulent or deceptive

  • Contains unlawful threats or harassment

  • Improperly discloses another person’s confidential or private information

13. Testimonies and Personal Stories

Individual testimonies and ministry experiences represent the experiences of the individuals involved.

They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or assurances that another individual will experience identical results.

Touched By Grace Ministries should obtain appropriate permission before publicly using identifiable testimonies, photographs, recordings, or personal stories where required.

This website may contain links to websites and services operated by third parties.

Touched By Grace Ministries does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, products, representations, or practices of external websites.

15. Website Availability

Touched By Grace Ministries may modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue website content, courses, programs, resources, or services at any time.

The ministry does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Website content is provided for ministry, educational, and informational purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, Touched By Grace Ministries does not warrant that every portion of the website will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every individual circumstance.
