"THE WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE ARE DIVINELY POWERFUL"

An army deployed without weapons is useless.

Win the air war first, then send in the ground troops.

Warheads we launch:

1. The Blood of the cross (The finished work of atonement)

2. The Name of Jesus (the Name above all names, His authority)

3. The Word of God (the unchanging eternal written word of God)

Launching Systems we use: Note: All involve our mouths and voices!

1. Prayer according to God’s will

2. Praise change the atmosphere- Psalm 149 "high praises"

3. Proclaiming or Testifying "the sword of the Spirit which is..."

4. Prophecy Spirit-inspired utterance

The ultimate weapon: Righteousness (faith in Jesus, obedience, submission to God’s will)

James 5: The prayer of faith (healing, power over nature, confronted kings, defeated Jezebel)

1. effective and fervent-

2. righteous person-

3. accomplishes much-

4. despite his flaws and human imperfections-

About my rights and authority as a child of God-

Based on God’s Word, I make these confessions of Faith:
1) All authority in heaven and earth has been given to my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, God’s Son.
2) Jesus must reign until all his enemies are under our feet.
3) I am seated with Christ, united with Him.
4) Jesus anoints me with the Holy Spirit’s power so that I can, pray, testify, heal the sick and drive out devils.
5) I am submitted to God’s authority, I am in agreement with God’s Word, I am united with my church, I am an agent of God’s kingdom, I am filled with faith, I am powerful in prayer, I am overcoming sin, I am a partaker of His holiness, I will fear no evil, I am deadly to the devil.
6) I am a believer in a resurrected Savior who is coming again in power and glory to rule this earth.
7) My Lord has said to me, "I will never leave you," and "Nothing shall by any means hurt you."

Levels of Prayer and Warfare:

1. Myself

2. My church, the Local Body of Believers

3. This Territory or region, and the heavenly realm above it
